Happy Valentines Day!!!

Hello Family!!! Time is flying by and so am I "on crutches". I never thought that crutches would be so hard! The stitches are out and now I just have to gradually put weight on the foot.

This last weekend we went to Lubbock for Nick's sealing. It was really special. Our old friend President Hendrix performed the sealing and he really did a fine job--the talk was great and it reminded me of how important it is to be sealed as a family. It is time to do our geneology so all of our family can reap the blessings of living with their families forever and ever and the importance of living up to our covenants so we too can live with our families for time and all eternity. Nick looked so cute in his little white suit. He had no clue of what he was doing, but we all realized how lucky he was to be sealed to a forever family and someday he will too. Chad pulled his trailer to Lubbock and we stayed in the "barnyard with the donkeys and the rooster. Tammy's parents came as well as Kumari. Coby was there too. Barrett had an interesting weekend--he saw prairie dogs, a man with a hunting hawk, buffalos, llamas, etc. We really had a nice weekend. Coming home the wind just about blew Chad's trailer away.

Ladd has been sick. Zebb was in the hospital two weekends ago with RSV. I think everyone has had a cold! I hope everone can get through the flu season without getting caught.

Last month we only had three comments to our blog. I want to challenge every family member to take the time to comment this month and let everyone know about some event in each of your families.

Don't forget Tammy's blog: www.threegirlsandarussianboy@blogspot.com.

Thought for the Day:

You burn 26 calories in a one minute kiss.

There are 26 calories in a Hershey Kiss.

Hershey's Kisses are called that because the machine that makes them looks like it's kissing the conveyor belt.

Have a good day!
Love, Nana

  3. Since this is Judy's blog, is there a way for anyone else to post a new message without commenting to one of hers?

  4. We spent the last couple of days of February camping. We went to Fort Richardson State Park in Jacksboro, which was only about 40 minutes away! It was a little windy and cold on Saturday, but we had a blast hiking and enjoying nature (without poison ivy!) Friday night, our heater went out but Chad switched it over to the extra bottle, so all was well. Saturday night, our water froze - - so, we just slept in and watched a movie. We all really enjoyed the weekend and are looking forward to camping for my birthday in two weeks!
